Economists and Pundits always opine. In Housing, the exchange of rigid opinions is common.  Whatever the case might be, a few things are for sure-

1. Home Affordability is truly a crisis for tens of millions of American families

2. Millions of these families *would* buy houses if they had a little help/nudge and could find innovative ways to finance their homes

3.. No pundit can call the top or bottom of a market with precision

So, the time might be now for prospective homebuyers to be matched with interested investors on a platform that connects both to great properties in fast-moving markets.
