Yes, we might be in a housing recession, but almost 5M houses will sell this year and- to be frank- the numbers would be higher if all the families that wanted to buy could manage the economics. Though we are in an environment of daily bad news in housing, let's not forget that millions of people will be on the move, buying, selling, moving, growing, and looking to build community. #Rook
