Even with the recent cooling, house prices are at or near historical highs. Couple this with high interest rates and then couple that combination with low inventory and you have a sort of triple-witching for prospective home-buyers. Affordable housing is the backbone of the American dream, however. We cannot relegate that dream to the dustbin of history. We need new ways to get people in houses in a mode of shared risk and reward. That's what we do at @Rook. #Rook
