The headline says it all. For generations, homeownership in the US was considered default (for most, not all) people in the US. Now, as the headline reads, it seems "out of reach." There are ways- however- to work with others- in the mode of Shared Value- for prospective homeowners who are "just not there yet" to get into great homes and start building communities. Yes.
