Buying a home for the first time is an anxiety-laden process. Now, we find people who want to buy being locked out of the market.  High prices, high interest rates, stagnant wages-- this trifecta is ruining the American dream.  And many large institutions see this and applaud it- they want you to be a permanent renter of a house THEY own.
