Hard to argue with polymath Adam Tooze on Housing.  As he notes, we have deep problems in housing and little sign of abatement on the way.  With interest rates having doubled, increasing numbers of families are being consigned to permanent renter status.  No community building and no accretion of generational wealth.  This is a real crisis.
