Housing affordability is a crisis in the US. With prices going up over 30% in the last two years and with other elements of economic turmoil, hard-working families are forced into "transience". This is not good for communities or for the future. We need a way to apply the principles of the sharing economy to this crisis in an easy, safe, and transparent way. #Rook
